Q:There is no self-collection option during checkout

A: For self-collection, (except bulky and heavy products like tables, roulette wheels and 1000 pieces poker chips), please kindly visit our main shop Ochomaeve at Kallang Leisure Park #01-39 to purchase directly. No online purchase is required. However, because the item that you intend to purchase may be out-of-stock, please drop us a email regarding the availability of the product.

Q:I am unable to add a poker table to my shopping cart

A: For international buyers, because of the heavy weight of bulky and heavy items like poker tables, roulette wheels and 500 pieces and above poker chips and sets, please contact us for the respective international postage charges.

Q: I want to make payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), can I do so?

A: Yes, we do COD services (Singapore only), especially for bulky and heavy products like poker tables, roulette wheels and 1000 pieces and above poker chips sets. However, a the delivery fee of S$30 is required as deposit before we deliver your product to your mailing address. The deposit can be paid by paypal or bank fund transfer. If in any case the product is not purchased by the customer during a COD service, the $30 delivery fee will be forfeited.
